Pierce Hathaway is an experienced professional with a background in textile engineering and compliance management. Currently serving as Compliance Support Manager Lead at Synergi since March 2021, Pierce has also held roles as Compliance Support Manager and Tax Service Manager within the company. Prior experience includes consulting in textile sales at Find Great People, account management at Kordsa and Milliken & Company, where responsibilities included managing the Specialty Interiors Business in the Performance & Protective Textiles Division, as well as leading supply chain and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Pierce completed a product engineering internship at Unifi Manufacturing, focusing on product development and environmental impact analysis of recycled polyester. Pierce holds a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University.
