Josefa Barreto Gonzalez

Josefa Barreto Gonzalez has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Técnico de selección de recursos humanos at Synergie since May 2007, Josefa is involved in recruitment, documentation management, and providing labor orientation and advice to clients. Previously, Josefa worked at Adecco from February 2002 to January 2006, conducting interviews, drafting reports, and offering job-seeking guidance. Additionally, at SHAD from January 2000 to September 2004, Josefa progressed from Administrative roles to become the head of the Human Resources department after completing relevant training. Josefa holds a degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Politecnica, obtained in 2004.
