Lauren Thompson

Lauren Thompson is a creative writer at Synergist Computing, where responsibility includes strategy and content creation for various digital marketing materials. In addition to this role, Lauren serves as a board member and webmaster for the Bill Sweeney Perinatal Care Fund, contributing to awareness campaigns and fundraising events. Previous experience includes working as a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where a website was developed for school-based research materials. As the founder of Lauren on the Web, graphic and web design services were provided to small businesses, while prior roles included web design and inventory management at HERE. a pop-up shop, and serving as board president for Crofton Nursery School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Science in Maternal and Child Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Psychology and Biology.
