Derek Warner

Derek Warner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies. As the Founder and Chairman, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Contact Centre since July 2015, Derek has demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen. Previously, Derek held significant positions at CCI South Africa as UK Operations Director and Campaign Director from October 2011 to June 2015. Additionally, Derek served as Business Manager/Senior Operations Manager at Teleperformance and Outsource Delivery Manager/Campaign Manager at Phones 4u. Early career experiences include Sales Manager at Citigroup and Account Manager at ASTRON. Derek's academic background includes a BA Honours in Law and Business from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained between 1993 and 1996, complemented by a foundational education at Great Barr Comprehensive from 1986 to 1991.
