Jalen Norwood

Jalen Norwood is an experienced technician with a strong background in low voltage systems and customer service. Currently serving as a Low Voltage Technician at Synergy Florida since April 2022, Jalen is responsible for servicing security systems and installing various camera systems. Previous roles include Cable Technician at VM ComSource Corporation, Senior Corporate Trainer at Beymark, Inc., Management Trainee at Todays Futures, and Crew Member at McDonald's. Jalen holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hillsborough Community College and a high school diploma from Blake High School.
