Joe Klimek

Joe Klimek has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe'scurrent role as Chief Executive Officer at Synergy ITS involves driving innovation and technology adoption for companies in upstate New York. Before this, they were a self-employed Independent Management Consultant.

Previously, Joe served as the CEO of SofTrek Corporation, where they successfully transitioned the company following a sale to a private equity firm. Joe also introduced new sales, marketing, operational, and product development strategies to change the trajectory of the company.

Joe Klimek led NimbleUser as President, overseeing sales, marketing, services, support, and product management teams. During their tenure, NimbleUser became one of the largest OEM solutions based on the Salesforce.com platform, helping trade associations and membership organizations with innovative solutions.

Prior to that, Joe served as a Senior Account Executive at Advanced Solutions International, Inc., where they worked with non-profit organizations to improve business performance.

In their earlier roles, Joe worked in various capacities at Computer System Innovations, Inc., Lambda Chi Alpha International Fraternity, MSCe Consulting, eVision Technologies, Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. These roles involved project management, product management, consulting, and software selection and implementation services.

Throughout their career, Joe Klimek has demonstrated their expertise in driving business growth, change management, implementing effective business controls, and improving operational efficiency.

Joe Klimek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In April 2023, they received a certification as a Doing Discovery Practitioner from Great Demo!.
