Ian McNaught

Ian McNaught is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Synergy Learning, with extensive experience in e-learning and technology implementation. Previously, Ian served as a Senior Customer Solutions Architect at Open LMS, where responsibilities included delivering customized Moodle and Totara SaaS solutions throughout the client journey. Ian has held significant roles such as Director of Teaching & Learning at the National University of Science and Technology Oman and Associate Dean (Planning & Resources) at Majan University College, overseeing strategic planning and resource management. Ian's earlier experience includes freelance consulting in IT and e-learning, a Learning Technology Advisor role at the University of Huddersfield, and various positions in organizations like npower and Internet Cameras Direct. Ian holds an MSc in Multimedia and eLearning and a BSc in Music Technology & Audio Systems, both from the University of Huddersfield.
