Jonny McAlister

Jonny McAlister is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning technology and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Synergy Learning since November 2005. Known for strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills, Jonny has also held pivotal roles within the same organization, including Head of Sales and Marketing, Business Development Director, Creative Director, and Senior Designer. Previous positions include Multimedia Designer at Synergy Learning and Programmer with the Police Service of Northern Ireland. Jonny's educational background includes a BSc in Interactive Multimedia Design from Ulster University and a BA in Architecture from Queens University Belfast.
