Prior to this, Kate has extensive experience in HR consulting, with a focus on HR projects, systems, recruiting, resource planning, and strategy across various industries. With a background in HR and production management, Kate's diverse experience and education from Monash University and Victoria University have prepared their for their current role at Synertec.
