Lee Smith has extensive experience in operations management and client relations, currently serving as Operations Manager and Client Relationship Manager at SYNETIQ since its acquisition of Motorman Ltd in 2019. Prior to this, Lee held the position of Manager of Operations at Motorman Ltd for a brief period, where responsibilities included overseeing a small team to ensure high-quality service for clients and managing communications with garages. Earlier experience includes work in the machine shop at Hertfordshire University, supporting the automotive and aeronautical departments. Lee's educational background includes studies at Barclay School from 1985 to 1993.
