Vitalii Svitelskyi

Vitalii Svitelskyi has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Vitalii is currently serving as the CIO at Synevo Ukraine since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at CIOneer starting from March 2016. From March 2017 to March 2019, they held the position of Director of IT and Innovation at ITC Agromat Ltd.

Before these roles, Vitalii served as the CIO at IDS Borjomi Ukraine from July 2009 to February 2017. Vitalii was responsible for managing the Information Technology department, developing and executing IT strategies, defining IT standards, managing IT services, optimizing business processes, and overseeing budget and project management. Vitalii successfully implemented various systems including ERP systems, financial consolidation systems, corporate portals, and print services.

In addition, Vitalii has held positions at real,- Hypermarket Ukraine, METRO Group, as an Information Management Specialist, and at HP as an IT Support Specialist. Vitalii also worked as a System Administrator at Inter Consulting Group.

Vitalii Svitelskyi completed their education at various institutions. In 2000 to 2005, they attended Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD), where they earned a Specialist degree in Computer Science. Vitalii furthered their studies at the same university from 2004 to 2006, obtaining another Specialist degree, this time in Finance. In 2010 to 2011, Vitalii enrolled at INCOM Knowledge Center to pursue ITIL V.3 certifications, specifically in ITIL V.3 Foundation and ITIL V.3 Operational Support and Analysis. More recently, from 2020 to 2021, they attended MIM-Kyiv Business School, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
