Marisol E.

Marisol E. has a wealth of work experience in the supply chain and operations field. Marisol began their career in 2008 as a Senior Buyer and Buyer/Expeditor for Eaton's Aerospace Group, where they supported a group of five procurement professionals and improved SOTD and customer OTD within the first month. In 2014, they joined Rubbercraft as a Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing & Materials Manager. In this role, they led a team of five Buyers and Inventory clerks, responsible for $16M annual spend to support two manufacturing locations. Marisol also identified and managed 'leading' Supply Chain/Operations metrics to ensure proactive management of the business objectives and prioritization, and program managed/led the implementation of an ERP system. In 2018, Marisol moved back to Eaton as a Supply Chain Manager, and in 2022 they joined Syng as an Operations Program Manager.
