Adam Carmine

Adam Carmine has a range of work experience spanning from technical support roles to leadership positions. Adam has worked as a Quality Lead at Syngenta, where they specialized in data analytics and seed quality inspections, as well as process auditing and non-conformity management. Adam has also held the role of Production Technician at Syngenta, overseeing the production, packaging, and shipping of seed corn. Prior to their time at Syngenta, Adam worked as an Applicator at Farmers Co Operative, where they coordinated customer orders and operated field equipment for the application of chemical fertilizer and pesticides. Adam also worked at Donna's computer sales & service as a Lead Technician, managing the day-to-day operations of an IT solutions business and providing technical support to business clients.
