Austin Weiss

Austin Weiss is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in product application and technology development, currently serving as a Staff Product Application Specialist at Syngenta since June 2019. In this role, Austin supports product development and research for the North America herbicide portfolio while managing fit for use testing and designing custom lab and field equipment for data analysis. Prior to Syngenta, Austin worked as a Fellow at the University of Kentucky Office of Technology Commercialization and held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky. Austin began their career as a Research and Development Intern at Big Ass Fans. Austin holds a Master's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, both from the University of Kentucky.
