Teresa Miralles

Teresa Miralles has a wealth of experience in various roles and companies. Teresa started their career at Eli Lilly in 1997, where they held positions as Recruitment and Development Head, HR Manufacturing Business Partner, and Learning & Development Manager. At Eli Lilly, they were responsible for training and development, talent management, and HR processes. In 2010, they joined Novartis as an HR Manager, eventually becoming the HR Manager for Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition. Teresa then moved to Syngenta in 2015, where they held roles such as Head of Organizational Development for Europe South and Head of Talent Development & Diversity for EMEA. In their current role at Syngenta, they are the Head of Organizational Development for Europe South & Culture of Learning. Throughout their career, Teresa has focused on organizational development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

Teresa Miralles has a diverse education history.
