Stefan Jansche

Stefan Jansche is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Country Director for Syniti Japan since February 2023, overseeing demand generation, sales, and delivery in a company recognized as a leader in enterprise data management. As CEO of Reiwa Advisors since July 2019, Stefan focuses on improving lives and contributing to society through IT advisory services, digital transformation, and executive management training. In addition, Stefan holds the role of Senior Executive Advisor at Viamedici Software GmbH and serves as Deputy Chief Director at the Third Way Forum, which aims to enhance corporate culture in Japan. Previously, Stefan had a distinguished career at SAP Japan, culminating in roles such as Managing Corporate Officer and Head of Digital Business Services, where responsibilities included delivering professional services and support. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mathematics from both Kiel University and RWTH Aachen University, complemented by executive education from the Kellogg School of Management.
