Vijay Sachan

Vijay Sachan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vijay is currently working at Syniti as a Delivery Partner and the APJ MDM/DQ Practice Lead, responsible for the growth of Master Data Management and Data Quality Practices across the APJ region. Prior to joining Syniti, they worked at Essential Energy as the Enterprise Information Architecture Manager and the Enterprise Data Governance Manager. At EY, they served as the Senior Manager in Information Technology Advisory. In their role at Fonterra, they led the Solution Architecture and Design Implementation of the Global Master Data Harmonization Program. Vijay Sachan also has extensive experience at Cargill, where they held various roles including Global Master Data Solutions and Service Owner, Manager Special Projects, and CAN IT Global Application Development & Maintenance Manager. Vijay has also worked at Deloitte Consulting, Zensar Technologies Ltd, Satyam Computers Services Ltd, and WebCommerce India Pvt. Ltd in different technical roles. Throughout their career, Vijay Sachan has acquired certifications in PRINCE2®, TOGAF®, and ITIL®.

Vijay Sachan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Indira Gandhi National Open University, attending from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they also pursued an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering at APTECH from 1998 to 2001.

Vijay has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they earned the MCP ASP.NET certification from Microsoft. In 2017, Vijay became a Service Management Advocate, certified by BadgeCert. Later, in 2020, they achieved The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 certification from The Open Group. More recently, in 2021, they obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
