Liane Cole

Liane Cole has extensive experience in talent development, leadership development, and talent management. Liane most recently worked at Syniverse as a Senior Director of Talent Development. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning and Development at PODS. Liane also held the position of Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Sykes Enterprises, where they successfully developed and deployed a talent strategy for 1,000 leaders in North America. Before that, they worked as the Leadership Development Training Manager at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. and as a Talent Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where they were responsible for driving HR and organizational development initiatives.
