Alessia Gasparetto has a diverse work experience in operations and logistics management. Alessia started their career at IFA - Institut für Fabrikanlagen und Logistik as a Researcher in 2012. Alessia then joined Kering in 2012 as a Department Engineer, where they played a vital role in the start-up of a new automated logistics center and led various projects related to outgoing packages, transportation, and stock control. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Warehouse Manager, responsible for operational planning, workload evaluation, and resource optimization.
Gasparetto joined SYNLAB Suisse SA in 2016, where they held several positions. Alessia initially served as the Deputy Transportation Manager for two years. Later, they became the Transportation Manager, overseeing transportation and fleet management at a national level and acting as a project leader for the management of dangerous goods. In 2019, they were appointed as the Head of Logistics, where they managed transportation, fleet, and warehouse operations at a national level, with a significant reporting line and ownership of the budget and capital expenditure. Since May 2020, they have been serving as the Operation Director ICH, responsible for optimizing operational processes, reducing costs, and overseeing a team of 160 people.
Alessia Gasparetto completed their education at various institutions. From 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in management engineering at Politecnico di Milano. Following that, they attended the same institution from 2010 to 2012 to earn their Master of Science degree in industrial engineering. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Alessia Gasparetto pursued an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen but did not specify a field of study.
