Nita Mesiäinen

Nita Mesiäinen is a co-founder of Mindscape Media Oy, which focuses on communication and multi-channel media concerning mental health, promoting openness and awareness. Currently serving as a registered nurse at Terveystalo and SYNLAB Suomi, Nita Mesiäinen has extensive experience in nursing, patient care, and sample collection, previously working in various healthcare settings including Päijät-Hämeen keskussairaala. As a motivational speaker with Speakersforum Finland since April 2024, Nita Mesiäinen addresses topics such as personal recovery from mental health crises and the significance of mental health in the workplace. Nita Mesiäinen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from JAMK University of Applied Sciences and a qualification in cosmetology from Etelä-Suomen kosmetologikouluhoitola.
