Samantha Rogers

Samantha Rogers is an accomplished professional in leadership and culture with extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Leadership and Culture and Acting Director of People and Culture at Synlait Milk Limited since May 2023, Samantha has previously held significant roles such as Head of People and Culture at Ceres Organics and People & Culture Director at Whitecliffe College. Other notable positions include HRS Engagement Manager at Fletcher Building and HRIS Project & Change Manager at Frucor Beverages, as well as foundational experiences at The Mind Gym, Whiteleys with Jones Lang LaSalle, and HESS Language School in Taiwan. Samantha holds a B.Comm in Finance and Accounting from Stellenbosch University, a CIPD qualification, and is a certified Clifton Strengths Coach through Gallup.
