Yannis Baybaud began their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant Manager and Marketing at Hyper Entrepôt BATIR. Yannis then worked as an Assistant Manager at the same company in 2012. Following this, in 2013, they took on the role of Assistant Marketing at GW Conseil. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant CRM Et Business Intelligence at Pôle TRIMATEC. In 2017, they served as an Assistant Women Basketball Coach at AL Caluire Basket. In 2015, they joined SYNOLIA as a CRM Project Manager/Consultant, where they were responsible for analyzing client needs, supporting the sales team, responding to bids, demonstrating the application, writing specifications documents, conducting functional tests, and providing client training. Lastly, in 2018, they became the Deputy Director at Delivery 34, a startup focused on delivering meals in the Montpellier region, where their responsibilities included client base structure, menu design, innovation, communication, vendor and sponsor search, network development, and data analysis.
Yannis Baybaud started their education by completing a Baccalauréat in the scientific field at Lycée Frantz FANON in Trinité, MARTINIQUE in 2008. Later that year, they enrolled in Classe préparatoire HEC at Lycée de Bellevue in Fort-de-France, MARTINIQUE, where they studied for two years, from 2008 to 2010. Yannis then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Commerce at the University of Hull from 2011 to 2012. Yannis furthered their education by undertaking a Master 2 (M2) degree in Management of Information Systems at Montpellier Business School, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
