Minette Cepe has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Minette started their career at Aegis PeopleSupport Inc. as a Customer Services/Sales Agent/Mentor, where they handled hotel policies, international airlines rules, and customer queries. Minette also supervised a team of agents and mentored junior coaches. At Hewlett-Packard, they served as a Customer Engagement Manager, managing internal team organizational development and performance management. Minette then worked at Ingram Micro as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily activities and ensuring productivity targets were met.
