Minette Cepe

Minette Cepe has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Minette started their career at Aegis PeopleSupport Inc. as a Customer Services/Sales Agent/Mentor, where they handled hotel policies, international airlines rules, and customer queries. Minette also supervised a team of agents and mentored junior coaches. At Hewlett-Packard, they served as a Customer Engagement Manager, managing internal team organizational development and performance management. Minette then worked at Ingram Micro as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily activities and ensuring productivity targets were met. Minette later joined Syntel Inc as a Programmer Analyst/Project Lead, before taking on the role of Reservations Sales Manager at American Queen Steamboat Company. In their current role at TREASURE COAST LEXUS, they serve as the BDC Director. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, recruiting and training employees, developing incentive structures, and improving operations.

Minette Cepe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing from Central Philippine University in 2000. Minette also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
