Patricia Luna

Patricia Luna has a diverse background in research, with experience ranging from junior roles to lead positions. Patricia started as a Trainee Research at Punto Kardinal in 2014 and worked their way up to become a Senior UX Researcher at companies like Walmart Labs and Gallagher. Patricia also held roles combining market and UX research at LEXIA Insights & Solutions and Life On Mars | Tech Brand. Currently, they are a Lead UX Researcher at Syntellis Performance Solutions. Patricia has developed a strong skill set in data analysis, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and fieldwork.

Patricia Luna completed their Licenciatura in Sociology at UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 2010 to 2015. In 2012, they also obtained a Diplomatura in Political Science and Sociology from the same institution. Patricia later pursued additional certifications in Usability, User Research, Design Thinking, and Lean UX from Platzi in 2022.
