David Kupec

David Kupec has extensive experience in product management and consulting roles within the biotechnology industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at Synthego Corporation, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a consultant at Kupec Group starting in June 2022. From June 2018 to June 2022, they held the position of Director of Product Management at Twist Bioscience. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Integrated DNA Technologies from June 2016 to June 2017 and at Natera from September 2015 to June 2016. David also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held the role of Product Manager from October 2013 to September 2015 and Research and Development Engineer from October 2007 to October 2013. Their earliest work experience was as a Summer Research Assistant at Yale School of Medicine in June and July 2005.

David Kupec has a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering from UC San Diego. David also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, David has obtained certifications in Marketing - Campaign Development from UC Irvine in 2015 and Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing as a Green Belt Certified in 2008.
