Xue Gong

Xue GONG is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in the bioinformatics field, currently serving as the Principal Data Scientist at Synthekine since October 2022, where the focus is on leading clinical trials for cancer immunotherapy. Prior roles include Staff Bioinformatics Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where product development in oncology was emphasized, and Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Immutics, leading efforts in immuno-oncology therapeutics. Additional experience includes contributions as Bioinformatics Scientist III, focusing on RNA-Seq pipelines for drug development, and as Bioinformatics Scientist II at Predicine Inc., spearheading cancer liquid biopsy projects. A significant part of the career was spent at Stanford University, both as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow, focusing on biomarker discovery and the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data.
