Aarti Tanna

Aarti Tanna currently holds a position in People Operations at Synthesia, an AI-driven technology company, since January 2025. Prior to this, Aarti excelled at YOOBIC, serving in multiple roles including People Operations and Data Lead, and managing employee engagement initiatives. At Rawr, Aarti was the first People Manager, overseeing the implementation of HR processes during significant company growth. Additionally, Aarti worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Shavata Brow Studio, leading the transformation to streamlined processes, and held roles at Indus Services Limited and Michael Page. Aarti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Aston University, complemented by A Levels in Sociology, Psychology, and English Literature, and GCSEs achieved from Drayton Manor High School.
