Lesley Joy Quilty

Lesley is a facilitator, coach, leadership consultant, meditation teacher, and theater artist who has designed and delivered transformational retreats and learning in a wide variety of personal, spiritual, and organizational development settings. Everything she shares professionally grows from her own embodied experiences.

A committed meditation practice, holotropic breathwork, a lifestyle rooted in intentional community, and practices taught by North and South American Indigenous teachers have resourced and guided her throughout her adult life, as have psychedelics. Lesley has been working with entheogens in dedicated ceremonial settings since 2014 and feels incredibly blessed to co-create and share this work.
