Paul Lalovich

Paul Lalovich has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Paul began their career as General Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Emirates Advanced Investments in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Sadara Chemical Company as Director of Business Partnering. Paul then joined Mercer in 2015 as Principal and Business Transformation Practice Lead. In 2016, they took on the role of Organizational Effectiveness Advisor at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. Since 2019, they have been an Affiliate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Organizational Effectiveness at Oliver Wyman, an Affiliate Faculty at NUS Business School, a Mentor and Strategic Advisor at SwiftMotion Media, a Managing Partner of the Organizational Effectiveness and Strategy Execution Practice at Agile Dynamics LLC, and an Associate Founder at Astro Armadillos. Most recently, they became the CEO and Founder of Synthetic Equity in 2022.

Paul Lalovich has a diverse educational background. Paul obtained a Postgraduate Diploma from Columbia Business School in Digital Business, a Master's degree in Industrial Economics Management from Union University, and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Business/Managerial Economics from FIMEK, Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management. Paul also holds a variety of certifications, including a Managing as a Coach Certificate from the University of California, Davis obtained in July 2020, as well as certifications from Korn Ferry Products, the Business Architecture Guild, the Management and Strategy Institute, the MIT Sloan School of Management, the Hay Group, the AAPM American Academy of Project Management, the ODC - Organizational Design Community, Cornell University ILR School, Cubiks, the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, SHRM, the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Oracle, and Mercer.
