Marc Mauroy

Marc Mauroy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc started their career at Cimtech SA as a Project Manager in 1995. After that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Aspentech Europe from 1998 to 2000. Marc then moved to Aspentech Paris as an Operation Manager, handling customer contacts and new business opportunities.

In 2001, Marc joined Aspentech Europe again, this time as a Senior Project Manager until 2003. Following this, they briefly worked at Topaze Solutions SPRL as an Owner from 2003 to 2004. Marc then moved to Innovia Solutions SPRL, where they served as the Owner from 2004 to 2019.

During their time at Innovia Solutions SPRL, Marc held various roles, including Business Development, Head of Sales, and COO. Marc was responsible for sales of Manufacturing Execution Systems, conducting workshops, audits, and value proposals. Marc also assessed opportunities and managed the product PeopleForce.

In 2019, Marc started their own consulting company called CREA Consulting srl, where they currently serve as the Owner. Additionally, since May 2018, they have been holding the positions of CTO and Board member at Synthetis. Overall, Marc Mauroy's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, sales, business development, and leadership.

Marc Mauroy obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain - Ecole Polytechnique de Louvain. Marc completed this degree from 1990 to 1995. In 2008, Marc attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they completed a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) in a single year.
