Boon Teck Gan

Boon Teck Gan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in multinational companies. Boon Teck is currently working as the VP of Sustainability and Enterprise Risk Management at Synthomer, where they are responsible for developing the sustainability roadmap for the Health Care Division and collaborating with suppliers, customers, and partners to decarbonize the glove industry. Previously, they served as the VP/GM of Performance Elastomer at Synthomer. Prior to joining Synthomer, Boon Teck Gan worked as a Partner at DHR International, a leading global retained executive firm. Boon Teck has also held positions such as General Manager of Industrial Coating at Nippon Paint Holdings Co Ltd in China, Vice President of Supply Chain/GM Group Coil Coating at NIPSEA Group, Vice GM of Coil Coating in China at Nippon Paint China, and Regional Director of AP South at H.B. Fuller. Throughout their career, Boon Teck Gan has demonstrated their ability to drive business growth, optimize operations, and lead strategic initiatives.

Boon Teck Gan has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Polymer Chemistry from UNSW, which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Singapore and UCLA Anderson School of Management, respectively.
