Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar began their professional career in 2005 as a Support Engineer with Logicsupport. In this role, they were responsible for administering and troubleshooting Linux-based servers, interacting with end users, and assisting them with technical and pre-sales queries. Anil also worked with clients on their scaling, migration, and business development requirements.

In 2008, Anil Kumar joined Syntrio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an Operations Manager. In this role, they remotely managed a datacenter and ISP. Anil worked on the design, control, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and systems. Theirfocus was to maintain the operational excellence and customer satisfaction indices at higher levels while updating and improving technical and industrial knowledge and implementing strategies to reduce operational costs and aid business growth. Anil also served as a Senior System Administrator, where they were responsible for Linux server administration, security installations, and web server control panels.

Anil Kumar attended Cochin University of Science and Technology from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor in Electronics and Telecommunication in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
