Nav Bassi

Nav Bassi has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Currently, Nav is serving as the Director of Human Resources and Recruitment at Syntronic - A Global Design House starting from 2021. Prior to this role, Nav worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Recruitment at Brookfield Renewable from 2020 to 2021. Nav also gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Walmart from 2019 to 2020 and as a Senior Team Lead of Talent Acquisition at Amazon from 2018 to 2019. Before that, Nav held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition and Compensation at Bell from 2015 to 2018 and Manager of Talent Acquisition (Consultant) at Resource Consulting & Associates Corp. from 2014 to 2015. Nav's earliest work experience in this field was as the National Talent Acquisition Lead at Arup from 2013 to 2014.

Nav Bassi earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (Honors) from York University between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University in 2021.
