Richard Hicks

Richard Hicks is a seasoned professional in the electronics and hardware design field, currently serving as Test Application Manager and Hardware Designer at Syntronic since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as R&D Test Engineer at Synopsys Inc from April 2014 to September 2018 and Electronics Technologist at Blackberry from March 2011 to March 2014, where Richard contributed to the successful development of the Bold 9900 and Z10 smartphones. Richard's career began at BreconRidge, spanning from May 2000 to March 2011, where various roles included Test Engineering, Technical Lead Hand, and Technical Associate, with responsibilities in developing test applications and leading teams in troubleshooting and circuit card assembly. Richard holds a degree from St. Lawrence College, completed between 1997 and 2000.
