Chris Rocillo has extensive experience in emergency medical services and firefighting. Currently serving as a Paramedic and Mentor Program Coordinator at North Shore LIJ CEMS since October 1999, Chris also contributes as a Paramedic at Syosset Volunteer Fire Department since June 2007 and has been a Firefighter with Farmingdale Fire Department since June 1994. Prior military service includes being a Combat Medic in the United States Army from May 1992 to April 2005. Chris began the emergency medical career as an EMT with American Medical Response from January 1996 to September 1999. Academic qualifications include a Paramedic degree from North Shore LIJ CEMSTI (2005-2006) and training at Nassau County Fire Academy (1995-2001), along with a high school diploma from Farmingdale High School (1989-1992).
