Paul Dahl

Paul Dahl has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul started their career in 1984 as an OEM National Account Manager at Artesyn Technologies, where they managed large accounts and achieved sales of over $60 million. Paul then had their own company, Frostlines, Inc., from 1994 to 2000. After that, they held various roles including Business Unit Manager at Converter Concepts, Sales Manager/Product Manager at Ault, Inc., and Business Consultant at NascoTek. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Manager of Business Development at Minntronix, where they successfully acquired and qualified over 200 new client companies. Paul then worked as a Marketing Consultant at Minco, where they focused on market development for defense, aerospace, and medical industries. In 2008, they joined Flexible Circuit Technologies as an Applications Engineer/Sales, Business Development, managing technical projects and programs in various industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Syrma Technology, which specializes in custom manufacturing of magnetic transformers, RFID solutions, computer memory, and software services.

Paul Dahl holds a BA degree in Journalism, Economics, and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained between 1971 and 1976. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Finance for Non-Financial Managers from Stanford University in 1989. In 2008, Paul earned a Certificate in Mini-Masters in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, and in 2009, they obtained another Certificate, Mini Masters MBA, from the same institution.
