Michael Soiland

Michael Soiland, PharmD has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting as the Director of Operations at MedOutcomes in 1993, they later joined Merck in 1997, where they held the role of Executive Director, leading various strategic medical initiatives until 2021. Subsequently, they served as the Sr. Director of Oncology Medical and Scientific Affairs at Zymeworks Inc., where they developed and implemented field medical plans. Currently, Michael holds the position of Sr. Director of Field Medical Affairs at Syros Pharmaceuticals, contributing their expertise to support medical objectives and engage with scientific leaders and investigators.

Michael Soiland earned their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993. Michael then went on to receive their Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology at George Mason University from 1983 to 1988.
