Meaghan Beck

Meaghan Beck serves as the Director of Sustainability at Sysco, leading initiatives in Sustainability, Social Impact, and Human Rights for the world’s largest food distributor since March 2020. Previously, Meaghan held the position of Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Sysco Canada, overseeing Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Indigenous Relations. In addition, Meaghan owns and operates Painted Cliff Chalet in Whistler, BC, providing premium accommodations year-round. Prior experience includes over a decade at Sodexo, where notable roles included Senior Manager of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, achieving significant waste reduction and sustainable practices across various sectors. Meaghan holds various educational qualifications, including a Sustainability & ESG Designation from Competent Boards and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business.
