Myka has experience in both university and corporate environments, having developed training programs at Texas Tech University and managed training for sales teams at US Foods. Myka's career spans roles in management and training across the foodservice industry, including positions at Labatt Food Service, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, and Texas Roadhouse, contributing to expertise in curriculum development, eLearning, and team leadership. Myka holds a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
