Philip Tran

Philip Tran has worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at SYSCOM (USA) Inc. since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Jump Start Technology as a Systems Administrator from January 2016 to August 2019, where they managed and maintained a virtual infrastructure and provided IT field engineering services. Philip also worked at Rocketship Education as an IT Support Contractor from July 2012 to July 2014, where they responded to support tickets and managed documentation processes.

Philip Tran obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Information Systems from San Jose State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020.
