Bryan Smoltz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bryan is currently serving as the VP of Technology Partnerships at Sysdig since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Cloud and ISV Partnerships at H2O.ai from July 2021 to March 2022. Bryan also held the position of Senior Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Okta, Inc. for six years, from April 2015 to July 2021.
Before joining Okta, Inc., Bryan worked at Citrix (formerly Zenprise) as the Director of Mobility Strategic Partnerships and Business Development from June 2011 to April 2015. Bryan was responsible for developing strategic relationships and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate the Citrix XenMobile business. Bryan joined Citrix through the acquisition of Zenprise in January 2013, where they played a vital role in building new strategic sell-through partners.
Prior to Citrix, Bryan served as the Senior Director of Smartphone Product Experience at AT&T Mobility from February 2009 to June 2011. Bryan led a team focused on enhancing the user experience of AT&T's smartphone portfolio through UI optimization, first-use experience improvement, and retail programs.
Bryan's professional journey started at Greenwich Associates in 1993, where they worked as a Research Associate till 1995. Bryan then joined Onyx Software as the Director of Product Management from October 1995 to December 2005. In this role, they led a team responsible for product strategy, competitive analysis, technology partnerships, and product positioning.
From 2005 to 2007, Bryan worked at Cingular Wireless as the Director of Enterprise Mobility Services. Bryan then moved to ATT Mobility as the Senior Director of Enterprise Mobility Services from 2007 to 2009. Preceding their time at ATT Mobility, Bryan served as the Director of Marketing at Klir Technologies for a year.
Throughout their career, Bryan Smoltz has gained extensive experience in technology partnerships, business development, strategic planning, and product management.
Bryan Smoltz earned a BA degree in Economics and Japanese Studies from Bucknell University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
