Matthew W.

Matthew W. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Matthew started their career as an IT Helpdesk Technician at NHS Milton Keynes Health Community Services, providing remote assistance to NHS/GP users. Matthew then progressed to become an IT Support Technician, offering on-site support to various healthcare facilities. In 2012, Matthew joined Mirus IT Solutions as a Lead Technical Engineer, where they provided support for a large number of users and played a senior role in project planning and delivery. Matthew then transitioned to Sysmex UK, where they held several roles, including IT Product Specialist and IT Manager, leading teams and contributing to the development of IT infrastructure and systems. In 2019, they also took on the role of Chairman for the Digital Working Group at the British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA), where they worked on driving digital initiatives and building relationships within the IVD industry.
