Rania El-Maghloub

Rania El-Maghloub is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and technical project management, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect for Dell Technologies and also as a Senior Collaboration Architect for Cisco at Systems Engineering of Egypt since March 2017. Prior to this, Rania held the position of Technical Project Manager at Egypt Beyond Energy Services, focusing on electrical designs for photovoltaic power projects and addressing construction issues from January 2012 to April 2017. Previous experience includes a role as Technical Project Manager at Citi where Rania coordinated voice system platform requirements across EMEA from July 2006 to January 2012, and a Senior Engineer position at Raya Integration, managing presales activities and Cisco IP Telephony systems from June 2002 to June 2006. Rania's career began as a Voice Network Engineer at Vodafone Egypt, supporting infrastructure and programming voice applications from May 2001 to July 2002. Rania holds a B.Sc. in Communication & Electronic Engineering from Ain Shams University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
