Don Barto

Don Barto, JR is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software development, sales, and media production. Currently serving as a Software Developer at Systems Integration & Development, Inc., focused on NOAA's CO-OPS program since April 2022, Don is also involved in digital services at Encore Event Technologies US and has held a long-term position as Sales Manager at PSAV. Previous entrepreneurial efforts include founding The Medical Cannabis Report, a news program dedicated to educating the public on medical cannabis. Don co-owned Soundriven, Inc., a video production company, and freelanced as an Audio Producer for the Baltimore Ravens, contributing to Emmy Award-winning programs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland and specialized training in Full Stack Web and Mobile Application Development from Nucamp Coding Bootcamp.
