Alice Tyson, MS, C.Dir.

Alice Tyson, MS, C.Dir. has extensive experience in the Human Resources and Administrative field. Alice began their career in 2000 as the Director of Human Resources for HAZMED Inc., where they managed the Human Resources division, enforced compliance with local, multi-state and Federal employment regulations, and provided support to five office locations nationally with approximately 150 employees. In 2006, they became the Operations Manager for LEFCO Equipment Rentals & Construction Co., where they partnered with the President and Board of Directors, reorganized the company, reduced overhead expenses, rebuilt sales, and instituted solid management infrastructure that increased profits from $6 million to $10 million in the first year. In 2009, they were recruited to Mainstreet Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and Administration, where they provided expert advice and guidance in support of a new business strategy that included the establishment of a human resources department to manage a full range of human resources programs. In 2014, they were recruited to Lefco Equipment Rental & Construction Co. Ltd. as the Business Management Director, where they drove corporate change initiative in support of new business strategy, transforming a product-focused company into a dynamic, customer-service focused organization. From 2018 to 2019, Alice was self-employed as a Management Consultant, providing outsourced human resources support, business office management and consulting to employers predominantly in the start-up and growth phase of the organization’s life cycle. Finally, in 2019, they were hired as the Human Resources Director for Systems Integration, Inc. (SII).

Alice Tyson, MS, C.Dir. completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from National Louis University in 1997. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same university between 1993 and 1995.
