Josefin Bengtsson

Josefin Bengtsson has a diverse work experience with various roles. Josefin is currently working as a People Operations Manager at Tavana IT since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at Tavana IT from July 2020 to October 2022. Josefin was responsible for recruitment strategy, process, and employer branding, as well as providing HR support to managers.

Before joining Tavana IT, Josefin worked as a Recruiter at Carotte Staff AB from January 2020 to April 2020, where they handled junior and senior roles in the hospitality industry and was responsible for the entire recruitment process.

Josefin also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Panagora Room AB from March 2018 to January 2020, where they built and managed the recruitment function for a digital agency specializing in e-commerce. Josefin handled recruitment for various roles, particularly in the tech field.

Earlier in their career, Josefin worked at TGI Fridays from April 2010 to August 2016, starting as a Waitress before becoming a Manager. As a Manager, they were responsible for the overall management and operation of the unit, focusing on staff development, sales, and profitability. Josefin ensured compliance with company standards and maintained the company's culture.

Josefin Bengtsson attended Santa Monica College from 2016 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Sales and Promotion in the field of Business. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Vittra Södermalm, where they completed a degree in Samhälle (Society) with a focus on economics. Apart from their formal education, they also hold a certification in Leadership that Rocks, obtained from TGI Fridays.
