Asim Shah

Asim Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Asim is currently serving as the Vice President of Banking & Financial Services at Systems Limited starting from March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital Customer Experience at NdcTech from November 2021 to March 2023. Asim worked at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank for a significant duration from December 2011 to November 2021, where they held the position of Deputy Head of Digital & Direct Marketing. Before that, they gained experience in the commodities industry as an Executive at Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange from December 2005 to August 2008. Asim also worked as a Multimedia Developer at Adam Bureau For Design & Engineering from August 2003 to December 2005 and at Pyramid Productions PL from January 2003 to August 2003.

Asim Shah attended the University of Portsmouth from 2000 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Prior to their university education, they also attended Islamia English School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB™) from the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in 2022, Squared Online certification from Squared Online in 2017, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022.
