Michelle Leong

Michelle Leong serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (SSMC) since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at NCS Group from May 2022 to January 2023. Michelle's extensive experience in talent acquisition includes a tenure as Principal Talent Acquisition at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from December 2006 to May 2022, as well as HR Officer at Kulicke and Soffa from March 2005 to October 2006. The career began as a Senior HR Administrator at Agere Systems from June 1997 to February 2005. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management Studies from the University of Bradford between 1999 and 2001 and a Diploma in Business specializing in Human Resources Management from Temasek Polytechnic from 1994 to 1997.
