Sohel Rana

Sohel Rana is a seasoned database professional with extensive experience in SQL development and database architecture. Currently serving as a Senior SQL Developer at Systems Plus, Inc. since August 2020, Sohel has previously held significant roles including Senior Database Architect at the City of Los Angeles from May 2017 to August 2020, and SQL DBA/Architect at American Express from October 2012 to April 2017. Sohel began a career in database administration at Lehman College and furthered expertise at the NYC Human Resources Administration as an Oracle Developer and at the Ministry of Finance in Bangladesh as a Senior DBA. Sohel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lehman College and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Daffodil International University.
