Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Systems & Software since April 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Senior Sales Manager at Advanced Utility Systems from June 2017 to April 2023, where the focus was on Customer Information and Billing solutions for utilities. Prior roles included Training Specialist at Advanced Utility Systems, offering training and implementation support, and Strategic Performance & Operations Lead at Bell, where Ryan facilitated the expansion of offshore initiatives and developed training and operations teams in the Philippines.
